Trade with care on Sellah
Sellah currently provides public listings and direct buyer–seller messages in Singapore. It does not take real payments, hold money, arrange delivery, verify sellers, or guarantee goods. An enquiry is not an order.
For buyers
- Ask for current photos and check the item and seller’s answers before agreeing to buy.
- For local collection, choose a safe public place and inspect the item before paying.
- Do not share passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, or unnecessary personal details in messages.
- Be wary of pressure to move the conversation away from Sellah or pay in advance.
For sellers
- List only items you own and can legally sell. Describe condition, defects, and what is included accurately.
- Do not list weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit items, stolen goods, drugs, or unsafe products.
- Use your own item photo. Keep personal contact details out of descriptions and images.
- Mark an item sold or archive it when it is no longer available.
Reports and disputes
Signed-in members can report a listing from its detail view. Reports enter a review queue; Sellah may remove a listing. The buyer and seller must settle payment, delivery, and refund arrangements directly. Keep a record of agreed terms and seek the relevant authorities for suspected fraud or urgent safety concerns.
See the terms and privacy notice. Live checkout and a formal refund process are not active.
